I can't understand why your ordering system checks the quantities in stock (or should be) when I place an order, yet there are still always backorders because the quantities aren't correct. Furthermore, I'm missing an invoice, which I always have to request afterward. Normally, you receive an invoice when a company orders from another company. There are also no delivery notes included with the shipments, which doesn't make it any easier to check the order or the delivered quantity. I've been ordering from you for 20 years and I have to say, there used to be significantly fewer problems.
