RETURNS

You have the right to cancel your purchase provided that you contact us within 14 days from the date you collected your package. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us. Follow the instructions below for the type of return that suits you best.

We offer two types of returns: PACKAGE RETURNS and LETTER RETURNS. If your return fits in a letter, you may choose this option; otherwise, if a larger package is required, we refer you to the package return option. Instructions for each can be found under the respective headings below.

PACKAGE RETURNS

  • 1. Contact us

    Contact us by sending an email to info@nordicagolf.co.uk, providing your order number.

  • 2. Fill in return form

    While waiting for our response, fill in the form below and include it with the item(s) you’re returning. If you cannot print, we accept the information handwritten as long as it is clearly legible.

    Note: Don’t forget to include the order number for your purchase. Without it, we won’t know who the return is from.

  • 3. Return shipping label

    Return your order to us by mailing it to the address below. You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • 4. Refund

    Once we receive and approve your return, we will refund you via the payment method used at purchase.

Please remember that as the customer, you are responsible for the return until we have received and registered it, so always keep your receipt. It can sometimes take up to 14 days for a return to reach us and be processed at our warehouse.

LETTER RETURN

Note: Before submitting a complaint (3) or incorrect delivery (2), please contact our customer service by emailing reklamation@nordicagolf.se and describe the issue (remember to include your order number). Do NOT send in your complaint before receiving our response.
