Worst logistics imaginable. The grips were sent to the wrong city, it took two weeks before I received the package. Instead, I had to solve the problem by having the repair shop at my home club install new grips when I was going on a golf trip.
Kudos to Enzo who did what he could. Now I have five grips lying around at home with no use. Enzo has offered a 15% discount if I buy something else, but what do you think my trust in your system looks like? How likely is it that I will buy more things from you? How would you memorize that promise?
